Site Management

Note: This section is only available to Global Admins.

Admin Accounts

Manage admin access to the system:

  • Create Admin: Add new admin accounts with email and code
  • Toggle Global Access: Grant or revoke global admin privileges
  • Regenerate Codes: Create new admin access codes
  • Remove Admins: Deactivate admin accounts

User Management

Central hub for managing all users in the system:

  • View all users across all admins
  • See which admin each user is linked to
  • Edit user details
  • Regenerate user access codes
  • Remove or archive users

Note: Archived users are automatically hidden from the list.

Best Practices

  • Limit global admin access to trusted administrators
  • Regularly review admin accounts and remove inactive ones
  • Use descriptive admin emails for easy identification
  • Keep admin codes secure and regenerate if compromised
