Note: This section is only available to Global Admins.
Admin Accounts
Manage admin access to the system:
- Create Admin: Add new admin accounts with email and code
- Toggle Global Access: Grant or revoke global admin privileges
- Regenerate Codes: Create new admin access codes
- Remove Admins: Deactivate admin accounts
User Management
Central hub for managing all users in the system:
- View all users across all admins
- See which admin each user is linked to
- Edit user details
- Regenerate user access codes
- Remove or archive users
Note: Archived users are automatically hidden from the list.
Best Practices
- Limit global admin access to trusted administrators
- Regularly review admin accounts and remove inactive ones
- Use descriptive admin emails for easy identification
- Keep admin codes secure and regenerate if compromised
