User Management

Managing Users

The "Your Users" tab shows all users linked to your admin account.

User List

Each user entry displays:

  • Name: User's display name
  • User Code: 6-digit access code
  • Created: Account creation date
  • Progress: Current step in the progression system
  • Actions: View results, manage episodes, archive user

User Progression System

Users progress through a 5-step journey:

  1. Step 1: Initial style survey (defines preferences)
  2. Step 2: Kink exploration and subtype questions
  3. Step 3: Limits and boundaries definition
  4. Step 4: Scene creation (requires 3 scenes)
  5. Step 5: Task commitment and activities

Viewing User Results

Click "View Results" to see detailed information:

  • Style scores (Kinky, Romantic, etc.)
  • Selected kinks and subtypes
  • Limits and boundaries
  • Created scenes
  • Committed tasks and completion status
  • Shopping history and custom orders

Episode Management

Users can have multiple "episodes" - separate instances of completing the progression system. This allows for tracking changes over time or different scenarios.

Creating New Users

To create a new user:

  1. Click "Create New User" in the Your Users tab
  2. Enter the user's name
  3. System generates a unique 6-digit user code
  4. Share the code with the user for access

Global Admin - User Management Tab

Global admins have an additional "User Management" section in Site Management that shows ALL users in the system:

  • View all users: See every user across all admins
  • Edit users: Modify user details or reassign to different admins
  • Regenerate codes: Create new access codes for users
  • Remove users: Archive or delete user accounts
