Games System
The Games feature allows admins to create interactive activities and challenges for users.
Game Types
Common game formats include:
- Dice Games: Roll-based activities with random outcomes
- Card Games: Drawing cards with assigned tasks or rewards
- Wheel of Fortune: Spin-based random selection
- Task Generators: Random task assignment
- Challenges: Timed or goal-based activities
- Quizzes: Knowledge or preference tests
Creating a Game
- Navigate to Content Management → Games
- Click "Create New Game"
- Select game type
- Configure game settings (options, outcomes, rules)
- Add content (tasks, questions, outcomes)
- Set unlock requirements (optional)
- Test the game
- Publish to users
Game Components
- Title & Description: What the game is about
- Instructions: How to play
- Outcomes: Possible results or tasks
- Rules: Game mechanics and logic
- Rewards: Points, unlocks, or achievements
- Frequency: How often users can play
Game Unlocking
Games can be unlocked based on:
- User completing 4+ committed tasks
- Reaching certain progression steps
- Custom admin-defined triggers
- Time-based availability (events, seasons)
Tracking & Analytics
Admins can view:
- How many times each game has been played
- Which users are engaging with games
- Common outcomes and patterns
- User feedback on games
