Custom Orders

Custom Orders allow users to request items not currently in the standard inventory.

How Custom Orders Work

  1. User submits a custom order request with item details
  2. Request appears in admin panel under Suggestions → Custom Orders
  3. Admin reviews the request
  4. Admin can approve, modify, or decline the request
  5. Approved items can be added to standard inventory or kept as user-specific

Managing Custom Orders

In the admin panel Suggestions tab:

  • View pending orders: See all user-submitted requests
  • Review details: Item name, description, category, user who requested
  • Approve: Accept the custom order
  • Add to inventory: Make the item available to all users
  • Decline: Reject the request with optional reason

Custom Order Categories

Users can request custom items in any category:

  • Outfits
  • Clothing pieces
  • Shoes
  • Scene gear
  • BDSM items
  • Props and accessories

Best Practices

  • Review custom orders regularly to keep users engaged
  • Consider adding popular custom items to standard inventory
  • Communicate with users about order status
  • Keep records of approved/declined orders
